how do I contact with DNS host

Your domain host or your web server host.

You need to point the subdomain to your server if you want to use it as a DNS name on GameTracker. You don't set it to random text like GAMETRACKERCLAIMSERVER, you set it to the actual server IP because, assumingly, you want people to be able to join via the DNS name.

GAMETRACKERCLAIMSERVER -> Server's Name

DNS -> In order to join the server which resolves the server's IP. Both are different.

You can change the server's name using RCON command or from server.cfg file.

Open up the server directory and then go to the "cstrike" folder. There should be a file called "server.cfg"

Open up that file and edit HostName. Save the file and then restart the server from the control panel.

this server is on gametracker since 2010 I guess or more
