I was banned from your server for "Repeated use of second chance".

Sorry - I'm new to Black Ops and didn't even know how to enter a message in game. My question is, how do I turn second chance off? No idea how to quit using second chance since it comes up automatically.

Could I also be unbanned? I was not trying to take advantage of second chance and always follow the rules I understand.

If you are using the default classes, the assault class has Second Chance as a perk, avoid this class.

I've just been banned for the second time. The first time I understood why (I was a noob that didn't understand that second chance was against the rules) but now I'm completely lost as to why I just got banned again.

Please could the admin enlighten me as to why I just got banned?

I don't see your name on the ban list, probably a temp ban for team kills, it lasts 5 minutes.
