yeh u def need to check that out.... u shd try keeping your core temp below 50 degrees celsius at all times if not you risk damaging the motherboard... download this app called smcfancontrol and see it from there. i generally keep it at a higher fan speed so thats about 4500-5000 rpm. hope this helps u bro

ok first thing u should do is ramp up your fan speed. for your computer to be running about 50 is not really good. try to aim to get it below 45. and your fan speed depending on what u are using it for try to put it at about 3000 rpm.
i also see that your GPU is in the 60 degrees which is bad. to confirm it is in degrees Celsius not fahrenheit right haha.

I myself would address the faulty fan that you received an error code for. While smcfancontrol sounds like a good program (cooler is better) it will not fix the underlying problem if you have a bad fan and upping fan speeds may even make it worse.
