As somebody that's played on the server for a hot minute, the hackers are few and far between and they usually get focused by the whole lobby anyways. Besides that it's just a server to hang out and soak in some 2007 goodness a la Mariokart.

Server doesn't advertise that it allows cheaters and hackers.
Don't bother.
