From 3-4 days does not show me the status of TeamSpeak3. I decided to re-add, but the same.

I Running the telnet and checked everything. It works well permissions are granted. Ports also OK because I would not connect with telnet ?

You removed the clientlist permission for some reason. This would have been why you received an insufficient privileges error when testing that command in your telnet session.
