Hello,
If no one in the community knows the answer to your question, you may want to ask at an RO2 fansite. GT only tracks about 139 RO2 servers as of this post so there are not very many server owners for this game around here.

Thanks guys, I have been reading a few forums and all of them suggest is a server side issue. If the server is still BETA then it needs to be upgraded then restarted. If it is already upgraded then a restart should fix the problem.
