Since past Days the tracker keep showing our server as Dead.
A rescan will make it live again but with in 30min its stated as dead again. This been working for years and new Changes has been done to server. Any ideas? http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/208.167.247.135:27960/ |

The behavior you describe suggests you have blocked one or more of the GT Scanner IPs in your server firewall:
208.167.241.190 208.167.241.185 208.167.241.186 208.167.241.183 208.167.241.189 108.61.78.147 108.61.78.148 108.61.78.149 108.61.78.150

Those is white listed and been for years.
The setting on server is that getStatus request is limited to 140 per second and only thing i can think off is that you do more request then that? |

Checked to see if any of the IP's you listed is present in log as blocked but none is.
Been working fine when server been empty but now it goes down every 10min or so

I don't have any other ideas.
By the way, the specific IP that is having trouble making it past your firewall is 108.61.78.149.
