Fix that URL (in the second line).
Use this instead... https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/185.172.145.137:27023/ The one that you've used will not lead to a web page as it's not the IP of any site.

Buying is not an issue, but FPS these days is dropping a lot and after that Lag. So many bugs, they seriously need to upgrade servers.
