I found this screenshot in a video online...
it shows teams mates location through walls and
also it shows the bomb sites same as that.....

well....
its a feature of cs:go
n it doesn't show opponent's team anyway.....
so...its not cheating

If it's showing things through walls during game play, then it will be called "cheating".

I think that's probably all you need to know.
