Hello friends i need help i rented a ftp server for cs 1.6 and for a few days i'm trying to start a respawn server and i can't and i can't do anything fashion fails the server crashes everything is messed up and is not happening please is there anyone who can personally explain to me how to make the server or some ready to download just going crazy the server is under linux.

ftp id just to upload and download files or edit them on fly.
You also need sshd [FTP] with SSH root access in order to control and manage it. Also most hosting providers do have custom panels like TCAdmin or Open Game Panel modified .

I've setup a CS 1.6 dedicated server from here:

After 3 days, and having reset the server a couple of times, I still can't connect to it from my CS 1.6 "Find Servers" section.

Here's my server:

I haven't made any customizations/changes to it, just paid for it and tried to connect.

I've already tried connecting to other servers from this website and I am able to do that without any issues.

I did notice other servers use 27015 port, while mine uses 27085. Is this something that needs to be changed? In that case, how can I do that?

I'm currently located in Argentina and I've configured my server location as: "South America"

Could you please let me know if I'm missing something here?
