is it possibeke to let my server open 24/24 7/7 without opening hlds ??

No. You need to have HLDS open and ready to serve incoming players. If you are hosting from your home computer, you can buy an online VPS to keep it running as long as you want.

salut imi cer scuze de deranj am o nelamuriere pe acest sv de ce dati ban degeaba am jucat cu numele good luck aseara si mi sa cerut wg ss leam dat lui tripleeexxxxx si in aceasta seara am luat ban degeaba nu este frumos nu mi sa cerut nimic

also if you are planing to run 24/7 hlds then make sure its ddos protected as game servers are more prone to be attacked due to players traffic and other reasons.
always get a good hosting
