You need to claim the server page first.
Go to the server page, click the link in "Server Manager: None - Claim Now!" (or (claim server) if there is a previous owner) and follow the instructions in the (?) button next to the Claim Ownership option.

You have to set your nick and link it to your current account.

There should be an "Edit Members" link on your clan page where you can accept new members.
