There is some issue in DNS system. My old counter strike 1.6 server's IP is 162.248.4.109:27019 and my new counter strike 1.6 server 's IP is 103.2.238.205:27019. So, I used DNS ( abhishek1231.no-ip.biz ) and I assigned IP to 103.2.238.205 this DNS name. But rank wasn't changed however GT added server with new IP instead of changing old IP ( 162.248.4.109 ) to new one ( 103.2.238.205 ) What to do ?

Adding the server (you or someone else) manually during the downtime period requires you to reclaim the server. You will need to claim:

http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/103.2.238.205:27019/

I don't want to add server. My IP has changed. Old IP was 162.248.4.109 and the new IP is 103.2.238.205 but when I used DNS on my old server I mean on 162.248.4.109 this IP. IP doesn't changed to 162.248.4.109 to 103.2.238.205. GT Added new server with 103.2.238.205 this ip instead of changing the IP using DNS. In short I lost my server rank

Because you want the IP of the server page to change. GT will not adjust it if it is already on the website.

If I claim my new server and delete new server having IP:Port 103.2.238.205:27019 and then I put DNS on old server having IP 162.248.4.109:27019. DNS refers to the new IP. Then It must change change old IP to New IP. Am I right.

All you need to do is claim the new page and wait for GT to update the IP to the new page.

and I have added DNS on the old server(Link : http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/162.248.4.109:27019) which refer to the new server.

According to you I had claimed both servers and I gave DNS to old server which is http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/abhishek1231.no-ip.biz:27019/

but It redirects to the new servers page and new server's rank is still 24198th however it should be 1464th because I used DNS.

New what to do?
