Hello.

I've got a TeamSpeak 3 server that's not being tracked correctly (reported as DEAD) for the past 48 hours.

Server details:
213.8.254.178:9987

Using PuTTY however, I'm able to receive all the necessary information required for it to be tracked correctly.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am not able to telnet this server: Address: 213.8.254.178 Port: 9987 Query Port: 10013. If you are on the local network or otherwise whitelisted through the firewall, you would not have any issue scanning the server. Please check the firewall configuration to make sure the appropriate ports are still open as they used to be and any router is portforwarded.
