Testing your server now. Increasing the timeout between scans appears to have helped. Do you notice that server page is still displaying as empty when should not be?

Yes says offline but the server is running with 18 players on it.

Worked fine yesterdays evening and like 1 houer this morning.
But not now

Thanks for your feedback. We are still working on this issue. Made some minor changes this morning that may help a bit.

server went well for a day now not scanning again showing as dead help on this would be appreciated

Is there anything we can do to help resolve the issue or is it something on GT's end?

we have the same issue with our two bad comapny 2 servers.
Both servers are full but they are shown as empty.
This situation is since today.

1. Many hours during the day, GameTracker presents the game-server as empty (when it actually isn't).
Here's an example:

Notice how many hours it hasn't been updated? that doesn't seem to go along its world ranking.
