I have been active for more then a week. So what do I do? I can't claim the server.

You have joined on Jan 31, 2019. A week is counted from GameTracker's own server time, not from your local time. Wait 1 more day and see if that works.
Most probably you can claim it on Feb 8, 2019 from Australia.
