Hello, I have added my server. Now the problem is that somtimes due to some problems, my router restarts and te public ip adress is changed and the server has become a trash. So what can i do to set the public ipv4 adress permanent

It is not possible to update to a new IP on an existing server page.

if you are running your server on VPS it's imposible to change ip , even if you restart it , only if you running it on your computer ( i mean using your computer like a VPS)
your ip adress changed every time you resart the router.
