Server offline

Hello, I have 2 servers here:
http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/188.212.105.218:9987/
http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/188.212.105.218:27015/

And both were online until some time yesterday when I saw it was offline, but the server was online and I didn't changed the firewall or blocked any other connection.
I thought it was temporary but one day passed and they still appear offline. I restarted them both now, maybe it will fix.
Can someone tell me what's wrong? The gametracker stats worked until they just died and made the servers offline, even if they didn't.

You are indeed blocking all traffic on those ports in your firewall.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Because you are blocking traffic on port 10011.

Are you soure you didn't block my server's IP? I tried to ping to your list:
208.167.241.190
208.167.241.185
208.167.241.186
208.167.241.183
208.167.241.189
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150

and I got 100% packet loss.

--- 208.167.241.190 ping statistics ---
28 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 27002ms

--- 208.167.241.185 ping statistics ---
13 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 12000ms

and so on for all of the ips.
I pinged gametracker and it works:

--- gametracker.com ping statistics ---
3 packets transmitted, 3 received, 0% packet loss, time 2003ms

So check your bans please.

The issue is not on GT's end. Your server is blocking the traffic. The server is also allowing anyone to join. This has been repeatedly confirmed. Perhaps you are with one of the server providers that periodically blocks all foreign traffic for "ddos protection"?
