Correct. You can not. Nor can we.
See: How do I migrate player stats or rank between server pages? Please take great care if migrating player stats/history. If it is done in the wrong direction it is impossible to restore them. When I try to migrate stats between my claimed servers, I always see No available servers and cannot proceed with the migration.

You must have claimed both servers.
They must be of the same game type. They must both still be registered on Gametracker. You must go to the original server to perform the migration. I am a community user.
