This 2 CS 1.6 servers have in gametracker the exact same name as my CS:GO server.

But when i join them, they have a totally different name, so i assume this is a glitch on Gametrackers side?

That's how bots work. Runs through the whole website copying some random server names, not even caring which game type, so that it can start hosting some fake servers and manipulate players to join.

Whoever behind the creation of this bot, he is doing it for years now and I don't think he's doing all the server adding thing into GameTracker manually, at least until he registers a new pool of IP addresses to unleash a wave of fake servers as you see in his profile. It seems the whole process is automatic, including registering new profiles.

That guy must be pretty smart, though it's annoying that he's obviously using his knowledge for corruption. I mean look at how many servers he's actually using, those servers that are already de-ranked are still online and tracked here, not even offline yet. It's just mind-blowing, for me at least.

Also server names aren't really yours to keep unless you have a legal reason.

I have reported that profile to de-rank all of it.
