Hello,

I'm having an issue with my team LaLeagane. It was deleted when my account got suspended due to an 10-11 months report on a server that I didn't even had anymore despite it being 1st place in GT Teams.

After my account got un-suspended the team LaLeagane was still missing and the person that I spoke to stopped responding to my emails. I also send a different e-mail to abuse@gametracker.com without receiving an answer.

Can this be fixed?

Gametracker staff are not in the habit of deleting teams without good reason.
I for one do not have that ability.

I think it wasn't intentional, I think it was a mistake based on the report from 10-11 months ago, when my account got auto-suspended, the team also got 'suspended'/deleted by the site scripts, and when my account was manually restored the GT staff forgot about the team.

Are you implying that the team page was also deleted as your account was suspended?

i'm not sure that your team page still in Gametracker data base any more , i don't think you can get it back.

Yes, the page was deleted at the same time with the account.

If a GT admin deleted the team then there was a reason.

Suspending an account and removing teams associated with an account are two separate actions. An admin would have had to intentionally delete your team in additional to an account suspension. The admin at the time is no longer available so I'm not sure what the specific details were regarding this case.

Regardless, the above information is correct. The team data is no longer recoverable.

Looks like I spoke too soon. We were able to restore most of this team from backup data.
