Hello! This server owner is using for his servers (86.104.11.122 and 86.104.11.124) an bug abuse shows more players on the server that he have. If the server is low populated (like morning and night) with that bug you can get +18 players. If the server is high populated +3 or +5. IF you count the players you will easy see that are less then the total number. He climbed fast on the first page with cs go servers ro using that bug abuse. Or is that legit ?

I already did that. But i whant to make sure he get punished. Right now on one servers are 28 players but the servers shows 41 in total. On the other server 8 players and the server show 20 in total.

Reports of abuse are not simply taken at face value.
Reporting a server is no guarantee of a de-ranking or ban.

If you have made a complaint, then I can assure that it was investigated within 2-3 days and dealt with.
