Servers appear to be down yet they are up and running

Hey

Gametracker keeps on saying 2 of my servers are down, started happening since the 13th of September

94.23.147.114:28980 , Call of Duty server, where 2 others servers on the same rack(and so same IP) are perfectly getting scanned.

Also my teamspeak

91.121.218.150:9997

appears to be down, but when I get the banner up our website, it does show who is in which channel.

I tried re-adding the teamspeak, and the same problem occurs. Also when I manually 'reset' the scanning parameters it gives up for a minute but says down after that again.

Any idea?

Regards

This means that you are blocking one or more of the following IPs in your firewall:

208.167.241.190
208.167.241.185
208.167.241.186
208.167.241.183
208.167.241.189
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Thanks for your reply, I contacted my hoster.

Still strange that 3 out of 4 codservers don't have any problem

Say IP x was scanning servers 1 and 2, IP y was scanning server 3, and IP z was scanning server 4. If your server is blocking IP y, only one server would be affected.

You were right, one of the IPs got blocked after recent DDos attacks we had at our hoster, the ip has been unblocked and the call of duty server is getting scanned.

Now the next thing, I cant claim my teamspeak, 1 day it was suddenly gone, I re-added it, when I try to claim the server without changing the name, you get like you have to rename server.

When I do rename the server, I get this error:

Server claim error - system error

Any idea on that?

Claiming was re-enabled a couple of hours ago.
