For some reason my servers are getting a German flag next to their status when they are hosted on the East Coast in the USA. Any idea why?

GeoIP databases are never 100% correct, but you can claim your server(s) by clicking the (claim server) or None - Claim Now! links to the left of the map image and following the instructions on the manage page http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/192.111.155.210:27018/manage/
