Hello i have a cod 4 server as well as a MW 3 server on the same server box, i added cod 4 earlier tonight with no problems and was scanning and now out of the blue it says cannot scan server, well i dont see how when all the firewall exceptions are in place all ports forwarded and not to mention the MW3 server that is on the same box is scanning just fine? Here is the IP for the cod 4 server 24.152.224.30:28960 ?

I am not able to scan a server at 24.152.224.30:28960 on HLSW. You can confirm this, if you'd like.

What changes have you made to the game server or firewall recently? Whatever that may have been, I would recommend you try undoing them temporarily to determine what caused the issue.

You'll also want to verify the server is running on the correct IP:Port, and that none of the GT scanner IPs would be blocked from scanning on that port.

It was a packet exception with the firewall in the router it's self , i disabled it and now it is scanning . Thanks
