The server status is shown dead after some time continuously while the server is up 99% . Also no players stats are tracked by gametracker even i claimed it already.

Hope you soon resolve this promlem.

The server is not responding on that port. Please open that port in the firewall so GT is able to query the server.

Since history is not updated immediately, you'll need to wait up to a few hours for stats to accumulate in the history. I can see that at the current time you already have stats in your historical data for that server.

You simply need to keep the scanning permissions enabled otherwise your TS3 server will always give the Insufficient permissions error http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258

Opening the port varies from firewall to firewall. Consult the documentation that came with it or contact your server provider for further assistance.

If it's going in and out, its probably an anti-flood mechanism that is blocking traffic after multiple queries. I would recommend whitelisting the GT scanner IPs. You can find them in http://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=42545
