so the database issue is now permanent and the backup is uselesss right? No chance of getting back the players stats?

Hi,

The Blackops issues are unrelated to this and they are due to the Hurricane which impacted master servers. These issues have just been solved and servers should be coming back online.

Hi,

The Blackops issues are unrelated to this and they are due to the Hurricane which impacted master servers. These issues have just been solved and servers should be coming back online.
Do we have to re-add them again, or will they come back normally? They are not showing up in searches, or in my favorites list.

Unfortunately, we have only been able to make limited progress recovering additional data after the weekend. At the same time, our office has been without power due to the hurricane in our area this week, further limiting progress.

At this point, we do not anticipate being able to reinstate player stats for the remaining 10% of our database that was either partially recovered or previously not recovered.

you seemed to have successfully recovered server stats this time. Thank you.

That is not what i ask. I know the reason from the offline servers because of this hurricane i watch the news. I just ask if you or someone else can help me with claiming my server back. Please read my question again and help me out because i still can not claim my own server at the moment he keeps saying can not scan while it is online. Thanks in return!!!!

Here's what I did to get it to work:
1) I went to http://www.gametracker.com/servers/
2) I selected BF2 (I did a a quick Google search to get this since you did not specify)
3) I entered the IP
4) I entered your port
5) I left the query port as the default GT entered (since you did not specify, I had no other option)
6) I hit the add server button

Please let me know if something is wrong...

When you click the "Claim ownership" button for your "Mature Fighters" Black Ops server in your favorites, you get:

i did all off these things why no one reads my story? I said i had wait more then 30 minutes and the name was changed to gametrackerclaim server that was even visable in gametracker itself but still he says can not scan server.

This is not the first time i add a server. I know how it works so please... Then please restore my server back from 4 days ago because i had already readd it and reclaimed after that databass error.

After 5 times try this morning again... it finally works now! i lost again the top player list but i guess i have to live with that. Gonna get that back sooner or later anyway!
