That is the query port for another server on your IP. The page with that is reporting correctly.

The |DD| guys don't play any Counter Strike game. Looks like the stats of the first server have been transfered to the stats of the second one during the database failure :/

The |DD| servers have also never been hosted at the IP 91.203.223.28. So something weird happened there.

Anything you could do to restore our data would be appreciated.

Ranks do not include data more than one month, and you should be at a rank close to what you were in about a week. Since you worked for a year to get your server popular, you should be fine.
I've edited my post and addes some screens. You can clearly see that i'm not lying about my ranking.

You sholud just close the site for X hours and get a full backup of everything. If not you should reset everything.





It did most def. said to re add your servers. I just need to know if ranks and stats have been restored yet? Mine have not. If they have what can you do to get your stats added back if even possible. It would seem like you all would have a backup of all stats and ranks backed up and could just re add them back. Am i incorrect on this? I understand things happen, but a backup should be available if not can we get this requested for future issues like this? i really don't care that much about rank, but stats for sure. Please let me know if there is a way to get this back and if not can we request this to be added? thanks much for help in advance!

We have information about the backup in the first post. When you get a chance, please consider reading it.

FYI: Initially, my responses to the topic on this issue said there was no need to re-add them quite yet. As you can imagine, most people skipped over the previous posts or just posted in completely different forums and missed it. After development evaluated the situation, an update at the top of the site was posted and this thread was created. The announcement indicated that servers can be re-added while stats were being restored and that the stats would be merged with the old data for the server (and that rank would be recalculated for newly added servers).

However, mentioned in the first post, a small portion of the backup cannot be restored due to corruption in part of the backup. Additionally, since it has been nearly a week, ranks are mostly normalized how they should be.

Development will be going over this thread in detail when possible for any of those who did not get a restore yet to see if anything can be done. However, with Hurricane Sandy I hope you all can be a little patient.

Suggested Solutions:

1. My server does not exist in the database
We are attempting to restore the last remaining missing servers over the next week from alternative data. If your server is still missing now from the database, please re-add your server to the database as our restore process may not be successful for a portion of the remaining missing servers.

2. My server rank is reset
We are unable to manually assign a rank. However, we are running an accelerated re-rank algorithm to account for this and your server should be fully normalized to a correct ranking within the next 5 to 7 days.

Don't even car about that one!


3. I am missing stats
GT will attempt to restore as much information as possible, even for servers that were re-added after the event. However, a small portion of the servers are unfortunately unavailable for restoration.



How are we supped to know if you are done trying to do your part to get it working?


4. My server shows up, but it is claimed by someone else or shows the wrong game
You will need to follow the process to reclaim it. This is not the result of unauthorized account access.
