Hi all,

Well, i have problems with claiming my server again. My server shows a wrong name "Unamed" and wrong game too I don't know how to change the game maually. After several tests, i can't claim it at the end.
Can someone help me please?

My top 10 players is not working. it always says that server is not claimed... BUT i claimed it and its also written so. but not for top 10
How can i fix that?

Neither will allow me to claim the as the manager. And yes, I change the names to GameTrackerClaimServer.

Works fine for me, as you can see it put me as manager for one of them.

We lost our MOHW server banner, I tryed to add it again and I get this message all the time "A server with this ip/query_port already exists in the GameTracker database." Do I still wait until fixed or is their a better way to get this back up?
My MOHW IP: 216.152.131.78

Mine was one of the servers that were deleted from the database during the crash. However, when I added the server back to GameTracker, within a day, new players I had never heard of and their stats, started showing up on my server. I reset only their stats and within a few days there are more players that never played on the server showing back on the list. They are easy to spot because they all have ridiculously high scores. I've deleted them again, but I'm sure they'll be back.

We had a BF3 server Ops Task Force Premium HC, which I just today had our provider change it to a BFBC2 VietNam server, same IP but differnt port and noticed the banner wasn't showing. While searching for that server I noticed that the ownership on the BF3 server was incorrect, shows the owner as west142 from some other gaming squad. I guess I should have claimed ownership before the change, but didn't know about this problem. Is there a way to have that entry in the database removed,as the server isn't up anymore and he isn't the owner. With the same IP being used, I can't get the banner for our new server.
