My server had statistic but now nothing.
Over 3000 players have used my server.
Bottom say:
This server's player stats are not tracked. To track player stats, please claim this server.

I made the claim more than five months.

My server stats are not restored so I had to add the server to the list again. Now my server is almost last in the ranklist while it was ranked no 10 before.


I'm in the IT myself and I have learned to make a backup of my databases everyday!!

I understand what has happened, and I'm not complaining, I give credit to the GameTracker crew, as they have worked hard to provide this service as pointed out before, for free.


I also understand there are other games hosted on the same IP as mine from my provider.

but I would like to say that when I add my server again, it says that it is already in the Database, I check this, and it's not, there is another game in it's place. I have Quake 3 Arena, on 27.50.71.11 and the port 27960, and there is a game server for Darkest Hour on port the same IP and port, I have googled the port for Darkest Hour, and it says "2300-2400, 28800-29000 and 47400-47700"..

So I thought I would share my experience with the community, maybe I'm not the only one that their server has been replaced with another game server that don't even use the same ports.

Other than that, great work to the GameTracker team.

P.S: As my signature for GameTracker, I have my Quake 3 Arena service there, as you can see, it currently is not Q3

If you can not recover the data, then the owners of servers themselves to create and save a copy of the data in the control panel (SERVER MANAGEMENT) in the future. It is a good idea for realization

Thank you Burn for updating the information to my service.

I have suggested in the past on these forums that MAYBE GameTracker can allow the server manager to save their game stats, this is also incase the server owner must change IP/Port, and has thousands of players statistics that are going to get wiped clean, but if we had this feature, then we could save the data, and restore to a new address.

And the stats are only saved to that particular game, for only that server manager.

I dont care about my server rank anymore, it will get back to top 50 in no time. I am just curious why there were no database backups for you to restore. That is a really unfortunate oversight on Gametracker's part.

Can anyone please resolve this, not only is our rank wrong. It is showing our server as totaly the wrong game. The server even has DayZ in the title yet gametracker is showing us as a battlefield server
