Look man, for the past service I had been getting I am willing to let the guys to get their stuff done and wait to get my original servers and stats back, if posible. These things happen...

Good luck guys in getting it all back, and any ETA would be cool down the track, just so I know when re instate my servers myself.

You may not have checked the list since the initial incident. Daily ranks updates have not been calculated yet, and you can see top servers in the list. It is not missing many numbers. For example:

Mine is not on the list for what I care. My server rank is 5 thousand something and it should be mother f**king 15th.

Same for user Lanc. HE was working his ass off to make into the top. He was server nr2 in poland and i was nr1. We both worked so hard.... And you totally f-ed us over.

I'm about to reclaim my server after it disappeared from your database, only to reappear without an owner.

Before I do this I want to know if this is going to continue to keep happening as to claim a server you have to fuck around with the server name and do a couple of restarts which the sql database hates.

Once you have replied to this I'll determine if I'll reclaim my server (pretty glad I cancelled my $5 sub or else I'd be really pissed off by now).

My server shows that it's a bf2 server when it's actually an sofII server. Will this be resolved?

Yesterday when i saw the RSOD ( red screen of death ) on my GT i decide to do nothing, saying "GT will do here job and everything gona be alright"...

Later on GT my serv come up but no claimed and on the wrong game (Alienswarm).
So i decide to claim it and change the game.


My CS:GO server was 9th ... now 137th ...

If i've re added it at the beggining of the RSOD i will be on the top 50.

Gametracker Admin you destroy many servers rank and you told us can not back up ranks?
I never listen that.
if you want you can back up all and not told us all the time can not do that.
You destroy hard job from us because we spend many hours and money for that and we need from you back up all ranks or reset all ranks from all system and we start again.
That is so easy for all.

The big question is "Why the top servers didn't have any backups and bottom servers did".
It looks like someone payed for that "hacking into databases to happen".
