My server was claimed by somebody else (fixed and reclaimed)

Server rank has dropped from 105 to 2728 (not fixed)

Player stats are from another server. (not fixed)

Are we going to get our player stats back? I have lost over 53,000 and the few that are there are not from my server.

I lost my server rank.
I was in 400 rank and i see today 42538.
why that?
why remove the rank?
I need the old rank back.

You destroy many servers ranks and you keep only some servers.
I do not why you doing that but you destroy servers which try to have good rank and they spend many hours and money for that and you say only

We are unable to manually assign a rank.

Very bad from your system all that.

You should reset rank on all servers to be fair to everyone. As I see many servers from top100 in different games are reseted and now servers from 100-200 are in top50. It is extremely unfair...

All I know is that my 64 Slot Battlefield 3 server was ranked sixty-something in the world out of more than 7,400+ other Battlefield 3 servers. I just had to re-add it and reclaim it as it still was not showing. http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/173.199.102.177:19567/

There is absolutely no excuse for not consistently performing DAILY back-ups on your mysql databases or whatever server-side databases you guys are using. I'm a professional web developer and it's simply a best practice to do so withstanding events like this.

If you guys can't restore the majority of my servers player stats and ranking then in all honesty the GameTracker Rankings are worthless and inaccurate at best from this event forward. I'm done with this outfit if that's the case. Really????

We lost alot of servers and alot of stats. Most of what remains is incorrect.

Atleast know Velture, you aren't alone. Many communities are sharing your same frustration about the current state of this site :/
