I am not able to scan this server, you can see this on HLSW (hlsw.org) if you want to confirm. Do you run a firewall on the server? That is the most common issue. You need to have the appropriate TCP/UDP port open for the server.

No I cannot. You can download hlsw (hlsw.org) to test it yourself.
