I dont believe this. There must be a (historical) backup. This has been done before.

Please could someone look at the backups.


We do not want to lose the stats. We will have to start all over again. As FUBAR said these are years old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After looking into his name i found out he was admins
i cant see admins next to his name or yourself

Anyways , Why is data deleted after just 4 days ?
This cant be right surely , years of data deleted after such a short time , this after our GS server crashing all the time .
I have at the mo no access to the tickets that were sent to see what happend , i will look into it more when i get internet access .
Although GT and GS are under the same roof , they seem to be a million miles apart !

There was a peculiar series of events that led to the deletion of this server that has not happened before. We have modified the algorithm for server cleanup to help avoid this issue in the future.

Unfortunately, once a server has been deleted the stats cannot be recovered.

we had much the same problem a few years ago with one of our GS servers . our our data was saved first b4 switching to another server. To me this should be bog standard and should need to be asked for .
This server has been with GT , being tracked for almost 3 yrs .
We arent talking about 2 different companies here , all the same guys work for both GT and GS , so both should be able to work in tandem.

Question that hasnt been answered is why is data now deleted after just 4 days , this hasnt been the case in the past
