Yes my provider is g-portal but three servers

My old ip was 400th ,New ip was on 1300th on GT.com and now my new ip was deleted ITS SILY JOKE .

Try to fix your mistake ,and return my server and rank on GT.com

The provider of my TS3 Server is not g-portal but Ociris, and before these 2 last days, all GT scans have worked correctly and set the server online here, why not now?

NB : the server is online 24/24, check that on www.tsviewer.com, the provider doesn't block any query connections and I see GT Scans only when I go to the server page, I think you have stopped scans on my server !

PS : with this I have lost 6000 rank places !!!!
[UPDATE] i have removed it and added it again, continue to don't work, will you fix that ?!

Now the server are scanned but the GunGame server only after 10min.
The other server shows "last scanned before 6min" and than jump in the next time to "last scanned before 1.15min"?? Is this the right??.

[UPDATE]] Servers are scaned now. I "only" loss over 600 ranks.

Please read the post before yours. Also, servers are automatically removed after they are down for too long.

Nice to see that you have gotten your issue resolved. If you did not want to lose your rank, it would have been best not to remove the server as you were prompted that current stats would be permanently gone.

Again, please consider reading the message posted by the admin a few posts before yours. Unfortunately it is out of our control when a server provider blocks the GameTracker scanners and it is not possible to magically get around that on the GT end.

Ociris seems to be a brand or reseller from g-portal, as it reports the location from "Ociris GmbH, G-PORTAL" on HLSW. I would expect that you are in the same boat as everyone else that they have the GameTracker scanners blocked.

Hi,

I would recommend contacting your server provider to assist you with allowing GameTracker to scan the server. I would expect the issue lies within the firewall, perhaps after the failure the ports were not reopened.
