Your server is still having very long timeouts
If it cannot be seen by HLSW (www.hlsw.net) then Gametracker will not see it either.

This is not a Gametracker scanner issue.
I can be certain of this because over 100000 servers are currently scanning correctly.

The problem is with your server, server configuration, firewall or your network/internet connection.

It is not on vps / vds, it is hosted by an authorized company (not mine).

Regardless, I have not been able to maintain a steady reading in over 2 hours from your server.

Whatever the cause is, it does not respond to queries.
The machine appears to be available as I get a response from an ICMP echo (ping) request, but no response from the game server.

You need to test using HLSW (www.hlsw.net)
