Microsoft is no friend of PC gamers. Windows 10 proves it. Most old games will not play right on Windows 10.
Microsoft decided to not make Windows 10's compatible with "DirectX 9" games. There are thousands of DirectX 9 games. Like Unreal 2004 ![]() There is a solution. The solution is to install "DirectX 9" DirectX 9 Download link → https://download.microsoft.com/download/8/4/A/84A35BF1-DAFE-4AE8-82AF-AD2AE20B6B14/directx_Jun2010_redist.exe OR DirectX 9 Download link → http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=8109 Install Instructions: 1. Click the DirectX 9 Download link on this page to start the download. 2.Do one of the following: ● To start the installation immediately, click Run OR ● To save the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save. OR ●To cancel the installation, click Cancel. If it does not work... Install the newest DirectX from Microsoft https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/179113 Disclaimer. Install at your own risk. Not responsible for any problems or all problems in any way. Remember. Microsoft made Windows 10 . Microsoft allows Windows 10 owners to install versions of DirectX.

Thank you very much for your support. Indeed some players had trouble with the game and I referred them to your post for help. Nobody knew that it was windows 10 that was causing the problems.

I got feedback from a player who tried to install directx but he said windows 10 wouldn't allow him to install it. His computer said he can't run it without windows 99, 2000 or 2003 family.
