Okay.

We could do it like this:

Make the best members elite.
Form groups:

- Best Sniper
- Best Pistol shooter
- Best Knife handler
- Best Machine Gunner
- Best Grende Launcher/Thrower

So at first you have these 5 groups with 5 people. That's the first elite. Then we can start recruiting, like:

- Someone thinks he is good enough to be in the Sniper Elite, this person will be tested by the Sniper Master and if he's good enough, accepted.

This way every "subgroup" gets their own application and you get the best people, and their specialties!

I think this is a good way?

If this idea gets accepted by the members I am applying for Sniper Master, and I will fight anybody that thinks I don't deserve it

I really love your idea. I think it is a great way to create: Specific Training Schools for members in different specialties. But, I also think that maybe we can make a parallel work for that. I mean, we fusion the two ideas. Let's suppose we have a Elite formed with your application system based in different skills teams, after that we form the Competition Team A, the Competition Team B, with members that understand better between them. So, the Elite Group will be the Big Part of [S*S], and the Application to become Elite, could work with your "Best XWeapon Master", and the big brother idea also will work to train regular members in the School they want to be part of. So we form a real army on all the different areas the game offers.

Right...?

Just remember gunny, g36 is not a sniper weapon

I know, I almost never use G36 mate, only when in a total non-sniper level
