Please, i has download map (by buttom download when run server) and appear a message what i dont have the map. but i download it and put in addons path (into commom\left4dead\left4dead\addons)

Do you can help me please?

the map version u downloaded is a newer version than the version on the server.

i also have this problem with some maps.



[IDEA: if the sgcguns.com site is back online i would suggest a download area, where all the maps from all servers are downloadable. so everyone can get the maps he want in the correct, playable version.]

I am already working on this, but it is for SGC Members only. I have some maps for RavenShield and Counter-Strike: Source which don't take up much room, but maps for L4D1 and L4D2 are massive and are currently over 3GB and will be over 5GB before I am done. I can see us adding more maps as we continue to play and I will have to pay for more room on the webhost. Money. Cash. Something that I try not to ask for, but may have to. I need you to get in on our group admin conversations more. Certain things I don't like discussed in the open. This is one of them.

Admin reply: We don't think you would be a good fit for SGC right now. Based upon what some of the admins have encountered with you, you will need some growing up and some maturity in how you play with others. We remember having to warn you about blocking paths and not allowing others the ability to pass. Currently we will have to say no.
