is it a bug, or did you change the amount of the gun damage?
on some of the servers (e.g.: #21 or #14) u can kill a zombie with one shot. on other servers (e.g.: #16 or #11) u have to shoot them 10 times or more to kill them.

and i also noticed, the tankbuster menu differs from server to server. (i think on some of the servers the grenade launcher is missing.) well, i dont need the grenade launcher, but the change destroys my cfg file. is there any chance, to get the same tankbuster - menu on all of the servers?

I am almost positive that Geek/DM2K/Loki are still working on the servers. In the meantime please feel free to play on 19/20/21/14.

it's just to let u know what i noticed, while i was playing.

Atomic speaks the truth. Zooter has been busy testing weapons on #4, possibly also a local server and maybe #8. I have been busy with paid work and kinda stressed with that and the Valve updates that seem to happen before we recuperate from their last update, so some of the motivation and energy gets sucked out of me since I can't even get to play a campaign in peace. Sure, I can get interrupted because there are more servers to update and someone may ask me about it, but just as much I realize something else that needs addressed.

I loaded up L4D2 yesterday and had it running for over 2 hours and never even got to join a server because I felt the need to work on our server donations page on SGCGuns.com. No one got on me about it except me. It has been on the back burner for a while and I wanted to take that time to work on getting current links up for myself, Zooter, and Chipmunk before I pushed it back some more. There is still more work to do to it but the links are functional. The funny / coincidental thing was, after I was finished for the night I found a PM from a different server owner asking if he could get on the donations page. That means that the timing was great and more than just Zooter and myself had been thinking about it recently. Any other server owners that want on the donations page, let me know.

Also as a side note on how to access the Donations link on the upper right corner of the screen. I have discovered that if you are in the forum itself and click on the donations link, it doesn't open the donations page. If you jump to the main page of the site, or the Gallery, or Downloads area, the Donations page will come up correctly.

Anyway, servers 11, 15, 16, and 17, are among the servers that I still need to update from Friday's Valve massacre. I plan to get them up to date as soon as possible. This is why some zombies take 10 shots to take them down. Zooter is changing the response and power of some of the weapons, but the 10 shots is not part of that.

there is nothing to apologize for. you are doing it in ur freetime, so it may last a while.

i get about 10 messages a day asking whats up with my server. but the way i look at it is, it takes time. so i just tell them to be patient and all is well
