i(a.phillips) was playing a game with cpt.eagle and i was messing around in dark carnival. i saw him spawn a few witchs and wanted to know how to do it. after asking him how and have him avoid my questions, and most likly being very annoying about it, he finally said that he had forgot how, for he had bound it to a key. i said that was fine and then went about building myself a fortress. a made a mistake and traped cpt.eagle in a wall on fences( not a box or anything complex, just walls on both sides) i promptly took down all the ways near him and jetpacked away. he asked my why i traped him, and i said it was a mistake and that i removed the wall right away. i left a few minets after. the next day i tryed to get on to the sever and i saw that i was blocked. i retries about 10 times that day, since i really like your severs. i know a was annoying you cpt.eagle , and i am sorry, i would just like to know if i was perma banned, so i will stop trying or if it is just a temporay thing. sorry cpt.eagle again. a.phillips

As I understand what happened, you wanted to know how to spawn witches (as an FYI, you are not an admin, so the information would do you no good as only admins of a certain level can spawn specials and witches) and cpt.eagle did not want to volunteer the info or forgot because it was bound to a key and he was not able or willing to find the information. I believe you threatened him, including deleting the safe room door, which has been an instant permaban in the past due to it crashing our servers a good portion of the time.

So my question to you is- did you threaten to delete the safe room door?

well... yes i did. but i was only joking. befor that round, there was a mix up, and it was me or another person the deleted the safroom door. we could not figure out who it was( we were having a very friendly fence war) later, in the game, after we had restarted i did threaten that, but i had no intention of doing this. i understand that using text only it can be hard to understand completly the meaning of what i say, for i use sarcasum alot. but that is in no way putting the blame on eagle, i should have been more clear. so yes, and i am sorry i threated to dele the door.

PS. whats with all the views?

First, thank you for admitting the possibility of guilt to actually deleting a safe room door, but please also keep in mind that in our servers, starting with L4D1, deleting necessary objects has crashed our servers often causing admin much grief. Even joking about deleting a safe room door, elevator, radio to start the finale, escape vehicle at finale's end, etc, puts us on the defensive and is taken very seriously because of past and current grief. Please remove this as a subject to joke about, as it is almost certain to be interpreted wrong by our admins and those who have been playing on our servers and Ruxpin servers for over a year.

I will discuss the length of your ban with cpt.eagle since the tone of your appeal is good.

i just want to say that when somebody without eny clear reason do something to me or another player or the server we are playing on i do take action. and this is one of many times i needed to do that. and in order to run our servers we dont need players to screw up and do as the want to. And latly it seems to be many that "owns" one server. or they act like they do it. And on our server it is a motd that you should read. and it says respect the admins and other players. that means that you cant do what you want. sure, if you spawn fences and want to delet them, do that. but never ever delete things that are in the game like saferoomdoors and stuff like that. and never tell people what to do. you can ask them if they want to like get inside the saferoom. but dont say that they cant say no if they dont want to. and you say you use much sarcasum? should you do that to people you never have talk to and that dont know you? and when you trapd me i could easly get away with noclip. but if i couldnt do that i whould probaly leave the game. and that is why you need to think twice when you spawn a prop. not all people know how to build or delete props. and that is one thing you need to kep in mind.
