As you may well know, i have been banned by a person called cgt Eagle, as for the reason, i am unaware and i wish for someone to tell me so i can right the wrong and hopefully get a shorter ban

We have an MOTD (Message of the Day) for a reason when you come in our servers. Take the time to read every server's MOTD when you join that server. Ours states 5 times: "Respect the admins and other players."

Now, please explain what happened up to the point that you got banned.

We were playing on The Plantation, and i decided to build a ramp and close off everything so that all infected would be forced to go on there, so i asked cgt.eagle to get inside this way or risk being killed by the infected (i did not relize he was an admin at this time)so i got a lil vexed and when he started building his little fort in a corner i thought i would help by deleting the fences because smokers can easily kill you, then he built it back so i figured that he knew what he was doing so i started it, 4 minutes later i got banned without a warning or reason why, inturn i ended up here asking why and can i get my ban shortend.

it may help your case if you tell the whole truth. did you or did you not try to votekick me? and tell the reason why you wanted to votekick me?and i also askd you why you tryd to votekick me. do you remember what you were answearing me? not only was the fences deleted, but also the the wood stuff. and it is always better to tell people stuff than start to delete stuff. and i know how hard survival are on modded servers. so that is the reason why i wanted my own place there.so i could help if somebody needed my help and then you guys started to delete it. what if i deleted all your stuff? what do you think about that? and how could it posible help me when my wals was gone?

i tried to votekick you because i thought you were one of those guys thats a loner and then when he gets smoked or in danger gets mad at everyone else because of his own mistake,i did not mean to delete your wooden objects as well, the lag on there was bad enough also with my ramp leading up to the turrent which could have messed up my aiming and i could have deleted some other objects

i can see your problem. and if you choose to kickvote somebody. shouldnt you do that after people do something wrong or bad? And even then think twice about it. Well. lets see. what did i do wrong this time. I did go alone. did i die, no. was i incap, no. Did i incap or delete or enything that people whould votekick eachother for. no. so the only thing i can see that i did wrong was that i didnt want to stay with you guys. and because of that and that i didnt follow yours order you wanted to kick me out before you even know how i am as a player. does that sound right to you? If i wasnt a admin there i whould have been thinking. what did i do wrong? think about your self. how do you want to feel after a game? a game should be fun. And for me it wasnt fun. i came into a server i usally play on coz it is a good server. and i join because i want to have fun. And for no reason somebody try to votekick me. and i ask why. And you answear this: DoodleXD : cuz ur fuckin around. The only thing i was doing on that point was that i stay on my fort. Ready to help enyone that needed it.

since i see this ban was done today, and it is set for perminant. you will be notified through this thread if there is a change to your ban. continue to fight your case and you may just be able to play on our servers again. There have been plenty of cases of perma-bans getting lifted from people respectfully trying to get it lifted, and not lying. we know if you lie. we have mind powers.

evil cupmunk. Tbangs server was changed to survival and it was there it happens. just wanted to tell you that

ctg.eagle as i have stated before it was only 4 minutes in making it impossible for any player (noob or otherwise) to get downed but the lag was horrible, my ping was at 1000 and i could hardely move, and as for my comment "cuz ur fucking around" i did get very vexed because with the bigger group the more infected would come, including the tank, which even with a turrent is pretty hard to take down with only 3 players, i know we have !goods or !tankbusters but typing that in while a tank and horde of infected is comming up is incredibly annoying (the filing them through a ramp plan did seem good at the time)

well. when you build big it always lag. and when you delete things that are in the game you wil lag the server even more. like the turrent that somebody deleted. And how did you manage to see that your ping was 1000? and thats why i buld my own fort with only one plaze the smoker possible could take me. and the worst thing you can do is to trow boomerbile while in survival. plus using nadelauncher. And you cald us biger grup. well, you guys was 3 people when i came. as i can see it 3/4. when i entred we became 4/4 right? so i dont think it wil be like 60000 more zombies evry min. and i want to ask you. Why are you playing?
