3 Strike Policy in my book.

i remember when i first saw him, the elevator sides were gone and I asked who deleted them. I was just going to go over the rules and leave it at that but he was the only one to say "wasn't me" then the server died. I told tbagn about it on the phone and he asked who was in the server. i named them and he said it must have been lt dan. so he went on steam and said "you crashed the server when you deleted the elevator walls. His response was "I didn't know it would crash it if i did that"

So he went from wasn't me, to I didn't know it would crash it...

2 days later he does it again.

I have not played with him but it sound as though you have given him too many chances and the bad behavior continues to be a problem. I do not like to ban people but in this case a perma ban is warrented. Kid or no kid disruption of game play for other as many times as this with several warning and bans cannot be tolerated. He must learn a valuable life lesson. OBEY RULES!

I think enough information has been posted and because of the number of offenses noted by enough admins, TBagn's permaban on Lt.Dan stands and remains in effect across all of the SGC servers.

[EDIT: I have deleted 2 followup posts by Lt.Dan. There was information in it that is irrelevant to the ban and this protest is closed. The earliest that I think it can be revisited is 3 months, but I doubt that it will be opened back up then.]
