was messing with you man was in not a good condition at that time and i told you to "warn people first" anyways i was about to disconnect so doesn't matter you called vote but warn people first to see if they are really not at their pc. just say hey shanks or anyone else for that matter are you there man server is full are you joining? if i am there i'll reply if i don't reply you can call-vote.(sometimes i go in spect to record some suspicious person and i cant outwardly tell you HEY EVERYONE IM RECORDING DON'T KICK ME like announcing it out loud so that who ever i was recording will leave) even if i try to tell you through private chat there is a 87% chance you wont notice it hope it clears things up.Mostly people see a kick comes up for them and they join immediately...well there can be hundreds of circumstances if we go into details.

is good you do that keep an eye out for such thing but if you ask someone whether they are joining or quitting before calling a kick on them would be good. (i don't remember you asking or warning me to join or leave "didn't say anything until vote" lol you want me to keep talking with the air so you know i am there ? lol can't i stay in spec and not talk ? i'll reply if you would have asked me im there or not..) and i usually don't stay long in spectators when server is full mostly 2 minutes not like "others" who stay there full game or lots of minutes sometimes people act discriminatory in kicking specs on full server in case their friends are there or they simply don't have that much presence of mind . (dont feel like taking names)

anyways....i hope there are more people like Sweet-Troll he kicks all friend / no friend

1.well put yourself in my spot mate what if i am using /say_team command in the spectators would you be able to see i am talking ? "NO"

2.would you be able to see if i am talking if i use /tell id command
"NO"

so your theory if someone is not talking = they are offline or away from keyboard doesn't fit (with me for that matter) people might be talking using these commands but you won't know.would you ?

and what if i was recording someone silently ? and if you asked if i am there till the time i use /tell odeon command to write a message to you it would take time you would think i am not on pc and you would call a kick and it would be too late till then to tell or explain anything to you cause now days votes pass so quickly cause people press F1 without looking left or right

(and as i have told you i usually don't stay in spec on full servers cause i know what it feels like to sit outside a server waiting for any free slots to open when people disconnect) even if i do its like 1 time in 8 months (if you getting my point). Also you can find several kicker using "utterly baseless reasons" like "idiot" "an ass" or constant kickers like "Aresta"

like i heard of a well known spammer who has been banned in the past for spamming. He is now calling kick votes on those people who try to mute him nowadays on server i mean man seriously what is the server becoming....filled with cheaters and spammers.I come to play sometimes for fun and see all this happening around im speechless .

cut the long story short just play and enjoy the game and hope for warrior to do something or take a big step in moderating the server cause its getting worse. do you want a server filled with cheaters and spammers and vote abusers or do you want clean and sensible players.
