the server admin is away for sometime due to injury
when he comes back he will sort out your problem

sorry for the simply unacceptable response time on this issue but I've been very busy with my life and I haven't stop here very much lastly, I deeply sorry about this situasion.

ok, regarding your issue, I took a look and it seems that the friday 23 and saturday 24 of december 2011 as you point you couldn't access the servers, apparently it looks that those very same days you were playing on a different location and from a different game installation wich is what caused a security concern for you at the servers wich was what led to not be able to access the servers, anyways, just the very next day sunday 25 of december 2011 everything seems in place.

ok, nothing more, I don't think that you should run into this problem again, in case you do or for anyother thign just let me know.
