Well been on today and there were so many players from the old 1.31 Efreeze servers on anyhow the discussion went somthing like any chance of a server with the Grapple on Hiszy ? Dunno thats up to red_carper as he is the MAN so if you are in favor please follow this thread and cast a vote if you are in favor Dont know if this mod will handle it but I am sure red_carpet or somone will tell us.
So all in Favor of a server on Hiszy with a Grapple say I and support this request.

sorry for the simply ridiculous response time but I've been at lot of other things in my life besides this HiszY thing, I sincerely apologize for this situation.

ok, regarding your suggestion, well as you can see, it doesn't really count with lot of acceptance around here. anyways, yes, I remember that on the past (but long past, let's say something like 2 years ago) I also though about add the grapple to the game but while it looked like a good idea just after a couple of games the general acceptance wasn't good so just after a couple of days it simply got removed.

basically the people who build HiszY comes looking for this particular original game style so actually I'm not going to introduce major changes on it.

however anyways, since I took my time (at the time) to put the grapple there, I still optianally leave it there for who causually want it, if I'm not wrong (since I've been away for some time) you can active the grapple on the next match by calling a "\callvote railpls_hook 1" vote.

but remeber:

1) the change will take effect on the next match
2) the change will only last for one match
3) to use the grapple you have to bind to a key, ex /bind mouse3 +button5
4) don't abuse it, as you can see, most people just do not like it so please don't be asking for it all the time, if you abuse this option you'll just get banned.

PS/tip: I think that you could first try this with that couple of friends of you at less populated servers like the deathmacth or even sometimes HiszY II
