here it is, my most recent time consumer. HSH-Ren)o(vation is new gameplay. most comparible to MasterBath, MasterShower, all mixed up with HSH.
Changes include: -Upgraded Scenery(including furniture, lighting, textures and skybox) -Upgraded Vehicles(including the EONS-Pali replacing the Pali) -Upgraded weapon lockers(sorry Peg, they aren't Maxed-out) -New Link Setup to allow a comeback. -New Teleporters and Jumppads. just make it to one primary and you have the ability to branch off to another connecting node. this includes an airborne entry to the center node as well as teleporting between the 2 far-side nodes. -Far-side nodes are now Master Baths(not bedrooms) -A/c Ducts in the ceiling allow Raptors to make it from Core to Center Node to Enemy Core(but not in a straight shot) this upgrade will allow you to get to the other side of the map to launch a counter-offensive. -Redeemers are now located at the 2 Cores. and the one in the center is a Kamikaze Nuke. -lava volume removed from ceiling lights Emjoy! Thank you for the update, original Danno's V3 replaced. The map is simply beautiful, but the comeback remains almost impossible (see the screenshot). The 3/7 are located on the bed where you can't go with ground vehicles, enemy is spawning at nearby node (1/4) or on the bed and is very easy for him to smash down any attemps to build a node with help of weaponry from the whole map. Try to find some solution, a plank leading to the bed, direct teleport from core to 3/7, put more Scorps into the base or something else. And you could make 1/4 always vulnerable like on VK's Alleys? Maybe not. Is there a music? Which file is needed to play it?
![]() Edit: Vehicle teleport from the GritNights can be used. Just an idea. Or a catapult (to bed or for jumping from the core over the 2/6 directly to 3/7).

![]() Pretty textures, an improved global ambiance (less empty)...Nice! On the shots i don't see lots of scorps at core, and yet this map is perfect for scorps, i think. Did you put some custom scorps from Dria-ScorpMeUp? You can also copy Turbo-K's idea on Denum: 3-4 scorps aligned at core. (on a map like this one i would rather say 5) The GritNights vehicule teleport would be a very good idea here ![]()

with a little bit of roaming around, the comeback 'is' possible. the idea, is that the core doesn't have too many ways in or out. but, you only need to get to one primary node in order to get behind your enemy. the jumppad on top of the 2/6 primary puts you in the light. from here you can take a teleport to either your 1/4 node, or to the other teams light... then that corresponding 1/4 node. once you have teleported into the 1/4 node cabinet, 2 shelves up, there is a teleport that brings you to the corner nightstand 3/7 primary.
now, if you can just get yourself into the 3/7 primary, you can jump on the chairs nightstand and you spawn into the tub of the corresponding 1/4 node. the way that i test balance in a map, is to max out the bots 31 + me. i then make everynode my color. next, i change teams and order the bots to defend. now i try to turn it around in under 5 minutes without the aide of bots. this map was turned around in 2.5 minutes this map was designed for infantry to control the outer nodes. the center is all about the vehicles. well balance for every player type. i am considering making a ramp for vehicles to get on top of the bed, but i'm leaning more toward only making it wide enough for infantry. afterall, a pali on top would be devistating for the opposing team. another consideration, would be to add an A/C duct overhead in that room and l.et it ride. maybe even put another raptor at the core. thinking even further, maybe a raptor wont do. maybe add the link grapple mutator and people can hitch rides. the thinking goes on.... ![]() about the scorps, there are 2 at the core. one stinger, one tarantula. next primary has a nebula, next one has a tarantula and EONS. then, outer node has tarantula. no basic scorps on this one @floating potatoes: they're lowfat!!!!! lol i realized it after i submitted it, then i wanted to see who finds it first. Foibos, you won a free backrub ![]() i will be holding off on the fixes until i get a few online rounds with real people. so please keep chiming in with the ideas on future possibilities. i will consider everything posted... even if you just wanted to tell me to go F*** myself!!! ![]() |

Could you tell me which human team would conquer all nodes leading to core, and then DEFEND these positions instead of attacking the core ? People are right, it is extremely difficult to come back on this map when all nodes are lost, except the situation when the team become much much stronger than opponent. |
