Wohoo, I just read that Epic doesn't plan to publish a new Unreal Tournament-game in the next years.

There will only be more modifications (add-ons?) for UT3, but they'll be made by another studio, not from Epic itself.



That will surely keep UT2004 much longer alive in the future.

warlock16 some problems with keyboard-port or keyboard controller maybe? Is this bug appears only in UT or somewhere else?

crusha_k_rool Great news! I think UT2004 and UT3 are enough for couple of years. These both cover all of gameplay types and styles of sci-fi on-line FPS plus tons of mods. But it would be nice to re-release UT2004 with new graphics

Actually not only the gameplay is, why I stay here at 2004.
It's just the work for this server and all of you guys. I would feel lonely in UT3 without Techcom.cz

If Techcom would decide to become a UT3-server, then I would get UT3 too and would also learn to map with the new Unreal Editor 4.
But I also like UT2004 because of it's look.
The new graphic-engines would make it harder to map, as you would need higher quality in custom content and that's hard to make.

I feel good with 2k4 as it is, though I saw UT3 in a special edition with tutorial-videos for the editor recently quite cheap and it was hard to resist and not to buy it.


If the graphics would come with a patch or mutator, then it would be different and I'd love to get behind the new effects in the editor.
There are already some mutators for better optic… some good (Bloody Hell), some bad (Bloom)

warlock, i had a mouse + keyboard problem too. mostly with the keyboard. but smth tells me that it was the mouse who caused it. i thimk from the mouse macro settings.
it was awfull. couldn't play not 30 seconds without problems. keys were messed up.

It displays whether you are online (on Techcom), when you were online the last time, how good you played on which weekday and what's going on on the server right now.

It was designed for a signature in a forum, if they allow images in signature, but GameTracker itself doesn't even have signatures in the forum.


I have this banner activated in the Titan-Onslaught-forum.
