Hi, i play as the name dm on your amazing server. I consistantly have one of the lowest scores on your server compared to great players like highsens, cornholio era and so forth. I usualy dont get past 60 most ive ever got is 194 against bots:P. Damn timelimit lol. But for some reason i have been banned for cheating. Can someone please unban me, ive only recently started playing quake 3 and have never cheated on your server or any other game its against my ethos. I cant understand why i was banned the last time i played on your server was against bots and 1 or two other players and when i tryed to rejoin afew hours later it said i was banned.

Sounds like your GUID (cd key) is banned
This has came about in the last few days after banning a cheat
Just change your cd key and you will be ok

Hi i played in one server fake called lightning and i was banned for no reason, i dont tell anybody nothing bad and nothing, there is a player hate when he see me he banned me and tell me: "Hola!! out" or " Hola louser" and he allways banned me. My question is what can i do for that?? i dont wana give up!! i wana show him i can play there when i want anytime. HELP ME PLZZ if i banned again what i must to do for remove that.

I also, have been playing on the elite'z server for some months but since the last couple days it says I have been banned. As far as know, there is no reason (or one given to me).

I really am not very good, anyone looking at my stats can see I haven't been cheating. Haven't even said anything that could piss other players off either, just the usual 'good game' vibes.

Looking forward to getting back onto the server ...

Hi Ed ! , there could be a number of reasons that you have been banned
Pass on your players name , ip and your guid . tpye in concol /cl_guid . there you will get your guid .
Once i have this info we can look into it in more detail

This is exactly why I stopped playing. Nothing against this Clan but Idiot Admins who should NEVER be Admins in general. I always lived by the legal cliche of "It's Better to Free ALL the prisoners than to imprison one innocent person". Basically, if you are going to accuse someone AND wrongly persecute them.. Time for you to go!

This falsely accusing is NOT a isolated as many want to believe. Which means this whole "Anti-Cheating" agenda is about as successful as the Worldwide "War on Drugs". I have seen this on the actual news of some innocent or I mean CLEARLY innocent kid pleading with some entity who raped him/her of months or years of clean gaming work. Only to be falsely accused. It is made worse when they have been proved to NEVER cheated only to be told "Read the Rules about Cheating." Now that's adding salt to the wounds or what?!

All is NOT lost as the wrongfully accused does have some reprisal. He/she could always protest the server(s) or domain of the server with Denial of Service 'Bans" in return. It is ironic how willing the party is to yield (lol) to the will of the person they fucked over. Throwing a Dos or DDoS "attack" or as I like to compare it to making them walk in your shoes. If I can't play for something I never did , then neither can anyone else! So, what does all of this really mean? Well, there needs to be a voting system in place for a group of potential admins. If something like this happens too often or the person was proved never to have cheated.

Perhaps the admin should be suspended while Admin #2 takes over. Even possible the community could even BAN a Rogue Admin. (Sadly, there is NO Shortage of them!) We must remember it's only a game. Which is ever more reason why we must show concern for wrongdoing to innocent players. They are real, are affected and unlike the stupid game AI , actually have feelings,emotions. It is the player(s) as a whole than can make or take a game. (Many experienced like myself have seen it!!) Well I wanted to voice my end here and sadly none of you will never see me on a server.

Don't get me wrong-I have just until last year ran my own NoGhost and BMA Black Metal Assault Server. Which became a VERY popular server and I should put it back up again soon. As a whole though- going to other servers while on PINS AND NEEDLES just isn't worth my time anymore. Too many dickheads ruined it for me and others as well. As a whole Quake 1,2 or 3 community. We cant afford to allow this Admin Attitude and Wrongful Banning much more. We ONLY have hundreds NOT thousands playing and it takes ONE person to trickle downhill. Also- works both ways! Make one happy and he invites friends which invites more.

All I know -that all of this is one big DAM MESS!!
