Hello my ingame name is (GOUT)yatch123. I was banned because I went to the bathroom and my friend posted some highly offensive language. I sincerely apologized for his wrongdoing and my irresponsibleness by leaving my COD open. Please unbann me so I can continue to play on my favourite server.

I will give you one chance Yatch and lift the ban. It will be your responsibility to not get banned again. If another infraction occurs, no excuse will get you out of it, you will be banned. Racist remarks will not be tolerated.

Juan banned me, he and I had a small spat after he got ticked at me for trying to snipe one guy (really Juan, was just gonna pick him off and move on with the bomb) on a S&D round and some colorful language came out. If you check my stats you can see I play on there all the time and Bond1399 is my brother.

I saw you on the server yesterday saying that you were banned, think about it, if you're on the server then you're not banned right? So, since Juan CAN NOT ban players (he has no permissions to do so) and since you were never banned all should be good.

Looks like I was wrong, you did get banned. You got yourself auto-banned for use of restricted language. Since you accused Juan of banning you, I did not check the auto-ban list. You banned yourself.

It will auto-kick you 3 times, then auto-ban you. Appears you disregarded the warnings and kicks for prior restricted language use. I will lift the ban this time, if you end up on the list again for language you will probably remain on the list.

I was banned from a server in St. Louis for using Second Chance too many times. It was my first time playing online and I was using a default profile. I wasn't sure what it was talking about when I was kicked... Can I be unbanned? My gamer tag is [IllC]angryanthony:]>

I will unban you, but in the future do not use the default classes with second chance perk.

You have been unbanned, if you end up on the list again because of using Second Chance the ban will be permanent. Have fun killing!
